At Mars By GHC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the original tags and items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7 days.
